1. Identification and application of customer quality requirements.
2. Quality control process planning in the project stage.
3. Quality risk management and control in each stage of the project.
4. The formulation and confirmation of the sample quality standards in the project stage.
5. Project phase production process follow-up and quality problem coordination.
6. Lead the resolution and closure of quality problems at each stage of the project.
7. PPAP activity planning, and PPAP document collection and submission.
8. Lead the project stage and customer complaints after mass production.
Job Requirements:
1. More than 1.5 years of work experience in production quality, and more than 3 years of quality work experience in auto parts industry.
2. Familiar with SMT, electronic product assembly process, and experience in process quality management of structural parts and optical parts is preferred.
3. Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system.
4. Familiar with five major tools APQP, Control Plan, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA.
5. Holders of IATF16949 and VDA6.3 internal auditor certificates are preferred.
