Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the whole process of new product introduction, from prototype to production.

2. Responsible for the preparation, management and change of process documents such as process flow chart, SOP, PFMEA and control plan.

3. Responsible for the design, testing and confirmation of fixtures.

4. Participate in the feasibility analysis, plan and design review of product development.
-
5. Organize trial production, assist in solving technical problems in trial production, and track and solve trial production problems.
-
6. Responsible for product modification and product installation of test vehicles.
Job Requirements:
-
1. College degree or above, majoring in electronics and machinery.

2. Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system and QC methods.
-
3. Possessing rich new product introduction and process design capabilities for automotive electrical products, and can effectively coordinate relevant departments to achieve production goals.

4. Familiar with SMT, plug-in welding, and assembly process capabilities.
-
5. Experience in new product introduction or production process of auto parts.
